My goolge safe search was stuck lately
Many solutions were tried, and it turned out the working one was to verify the DNS setting on my network card protocol ipv4
I tried a few hacks recently, infected my computer, cleaned it, but the DNS setting was a left over from these infections.
Restoring the DNS to "automatic" did the trick
Now i can turn safesearch off
